What is that?
A wrinkle is a furrow on the skin, more marked with age. They result from the loss of elasticity of the skin.
Causes and solutions :
Stress and sleep
Stress promotes tenseness on the face which marks certain wrinkles such as frown lines. A stressed person will be more prone to sleep disorders that lead to fatigue, sagging eyelids and the appearance of dark circles. Sleep allows us to have a radiant complexion, a rested mine and a fresh look. So take care of yourself ;)
Too long exposure to the sun causes premature skin aging. UV and UVA rays dry out the skin, weaken it and make it less elastic. To protect yourself from the sun, choose sunglasses that protect both the front and the side of the eyes. Finally, apply sunscreen with a minimum SPF 30 every two hours.
Tobacco damages collagen and leads to a loss of elasticity in the skin. In addition, the chemicals in a cigarette cause oxidative stress, which is responsible for the appearance of deep wrinkles.
Do not remove makeup
If we don't remove make-up/cleanse the face at night, we keep all the layers of cream, make-up and pollution that our skin has accumulated during the day. All of this will seep into our pores and damage our collagen.
Not drinking enough water
Staying hydrated helps eliminate toxins and keeps our body and skin healthy. Drinking plenty of water helps the skin maintain its elasticity.
Wrinkles are completely normal marks of life. Many things can cause wrinkles like good food or a smile. But it is useless to stop living, to smile at life and to have fun to avoid their appearances. However, early wrinkles can be avoided with these little tricks.
