The Mindful Facial is a massage protocol created by me. It affects the areas of the neckline, shoulders, upper back, neck, all areas of the face and skull.
Mindful facial has a direct link with mindfulness, “Mindfulness” in English. It is a technique of well-being which consists in bringing one's attention back to the present moment. After studying this mediation with books by Jon Kabat or articles by Doctor Thierry Jansen, I created an approach aimed at guiding people towards a benevolent and conscious beauty. Namely, no longer being in inner conflict and observing one's bodily sensations and perceptions.
Each client will have personalized advice on maneuvers and / or movements to practice in addition at home after a diagnosis made during the treatment.

Inspiration
It is inspired by different massage techniques including Kobido, Myofacial, Lymphatic Drainage, Jacquet pinches and acupressure points according to the Vietnamese Dien 'Cham' method.
This massage protocol is above all a set of maneuvers that I developed naturally as I created this treatment. The technique is entirely manual and requires a certain dexterity.
